Allow ebirdfreq to merge data from multiple hotspots

If providing a list of hotspot codes, then calculate a combined frequency of observations for all species seen in those hotspots based on sample size and frequency in each separate hotspot.
Obtaining frequency data from the website now requires the user to be logged in, so ebirdfreq() has stopped working and has been disabled (see #82). Therefore, this feature can't be implemented as part of ebirdfreq(). Closing.
