[CI] Test produced binaries

Feature description
Currently, for non-incremental builds, we build and then test ROOT from the build directory. This could be improved, for example testing the packed binaries. In steps what could be done is:
- after a build, remove source and build directory
- unpack / install from ROOT package
- check out roottest and run on ROOT installation from 2)
