Use a persistent disk as /home partition

In order to keep user data available after starting up the box, allow a metadata entry, such as home-disk, to be specified during boot and mounted as the /home/ partition.
The disk specified should be attached to the VM if it is not attached yet. It should be mounted as the /home/ partition.
It is now possible to specify a disk device name to use as home partition as part of the instance metadata.
