Add support for Kotlin Flow

It would be much better to add support for Kotlin Flow. You can use this project named flomo as a reference for that.

Added support for Kotlin Flow (MutableStateFlow) for both Internet Connection Status and Last Known Speed in the new release: 3.4.0
