New minor release

The newest release at the time of writing, which is v.0.6.3, does not include the CMakeLists.txt. This makes it quite hard to include this project into an existing CMake project (which is what I'm trying to do).
It would be nice if a new minor release was made which incorporated all the new features, including the CMakeLists.txt file.
Forgot to close on releasing v0.6.4 which came out a few months ago.
