`/etc/lsb-release` and `/etc/os-release` doesn't follow Ubuntu / Debian standards

Rolling Rhino isn't correctly recognized as Ubuntu Kinetic development branch.

An example of a tool that doesn't really work because that is deb-get. I already submitted a tiny fix there, but it should just work in the first place. Here's a comment from one of the maintainers of said program: wimpysworld/deb-get#469 (comment)

I'm not entirely sure if it is the right place for reporting it, but here it is.
