Connection refused w. y30 0.4.9 and above

First of all, many thanks for the great work you are doing. I have been using your software for many years already without any issues. Having said that I do have a problem with firmware y30 0.4.9.0 and above :(

I make use of Home Assistant to view my camera's hi res RTSP feed. Since 0.4.9, when switching the camera on via Home Assistant (camera is not really off but the camera lens is turned away), I get the message 'webrtc/offer: dail tcp 192.168.178.122:554 connect: connection refused'. Only when closing the Home Assistant webpage and reopening it, seems to result (with some loading delay which was not there before either) in a normal camera stream.

I have upgraded to y30 0.5.0. but with the same result. Then downgraded again to y30 0.4.7 and everything was working normally again. Then upgraded to y30 0.4.8 which was also still okay. Then upgraded to 0.4.9 and the connection refused message is back.

All suggestions to resolve this are more than welcome. Many thanks in advance!
