I get 401 unauthorized

After I set a password for web and SSH, I cannot open a treaming resource by a link, it says 401 unauthorized.
How should I authorize? Or what to google?

When I try to put credentials in URL like this:
rtsp://root:PASSWORD@192.168.0.21/ch0_0.h264

And go with it, I see Cannot find a specific movie error

The message above occurres whn I'm on a browser. I could get the streaming via VLC player, but with delayed video (audio occurres first)
