Can windows be supported in the future?

New version
Previous versions did support Windows; the main blocker is having a truly automated way to build the v8 binary for windows.
Also, no one on the core team uses Windows, so unless someone is willing to contribute a working solution (that is easy to maintain) for Windows it's unlikely to happen any time soon.
