Backlight control doesn't work on Arch

Built with qmake PREFIX=/usr CONFIG+=install_udev_rules CONFIG+=bundle_icons and installed through makepkg,
however Brightness bar is greyed out.
runtime deps are installed as instructed.
Never mind, had to add myself to video group.
usermod -aG video <user>
