Kafka to Logstash might be over different interface

It might be worth adding some kind of options or variables that would allow a user to further customize the kafka/logstash connection. For example they might be on different boxes and have a dedicated data connection instead of over management. This should be something that could be done using a variable set in the config or var files and if not set default to management.
