DDR DQ EYE - DDR Test Tool Fails to get data of DDR DQ eye.

Hello,

I am using RV1126 with the latest SDK. We bought it from rockchip. We are planning a mass production with the chip. So, we design a costume board, and would like to make DDR verification. According to documents, there is a DDR DQ EYE tool which is located in ddr_tool/ddr_dq_eye.c, u-boot.
When I run the tool I always get the message below.
"Fail to get data of DDR DQ eye.
Please update the Loader."
I am updating the loader and nothing is changing.
In my board config file: export RK_LOADER_UPDATE_SPL=true
Also, I am using update_tool with ul and di -u commands to load loader and u-boot.

Please help with the issue.
