u-boot failed - recovery solution needed

Hi,

I have 2 rock64 SBCs and one of them failed to flash because of a power outage.
That SBC is now powering up with all lights constantly on, but it will not boot any SD card.

I am looking for a way to re-flash the device either via the SD slot, USB port or GPIO if possible. else the device is pretty much a brick now.

If anyone has a wiki, video, or any kind of tutorial/explanation I will really appriciate it.
And if I successfuly recover the device, I will share my steps and write a wiki.
