Describe the bug
The status bar item is not shown when a new profile is created which does not copy from another profile
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run command
Profiles: Create Profile - Name profile as "Blah" and keep default settings to create an empty profile
Expected behavior
"Profile: Blah" appears on status bar.
Additional context
It appears that this does not reload VS Code or trigger a configuration change event
