You can install R packages in Colab by using the install.packages() function.

Easy way to run R in Colab with Python runtime using rpy2 python package. We have to install this package using the pip command:

Install rpy2

Mount Google Drive

Then you must create a folder in Goole drive named "R" to install all packages permanently.

Before installing the R-package in Python runtime. You have to mount Google Drive:

Install R packages

Then install R packages in drive/My Drive/R/ location using the following command:

Load R packages

Before loading R packages in Python runtime, you must define the package installation location before library() function:
