Update packages to newest versions

This includes dispersy, twisted, anontunnels and other we may encounter.

Twisted is done now. Testing if everything still runs.
Twisted is being changed through cython, using calls I do not understand. These do not work on 14.0.0. As twitsted is not a high priority or does not provide any increasing performance, we decided to leave it and open an issue on the python for android github.
Received answer on the issue, will try tomorrow.
Works, pull request just got accepted.
The other ones are build in the new package, see #53
