Update screenshots/forum post with the latest information

We should update some screenshots (for example, on the Github page and Tribler forum) with our newest GUI. We could also add a new post to our current topic on the Tribler forum with the latest news.

Are there more things that should be updated with our latest progress? If not, this issue can be closed.
