Support Tricore

Ghidra supports Tricore out of the box.
Once rizinorg/rizin#3463 and rizinorg/rizin#3478 are complete and merged, adding Tricore in rz-ghidra should be simple and straightforward (might require rizinorg/ghidra update though).
Would require some tests as well.
