[BUG] None of the JetBrains IDE's show up in "Run Program" Action

Describe the bug
When using the Action "Run Program" neither any of the already installed JetBrains IDE's or the Toolbox show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Toolbox and use it to install eg. IntelliJ IDE
2. Add Button
3. Set Action to "Run Program"
4. Search previously installed IDE
5. See error

Expected behavior
All apps that show up in the default app launcher should show up (I believe that is all apps that have a .desktop file in /home/{username}/.local/share/applications)

Server App (please complete the following information):

• OS: Fedora Linux 40 (Workstation Edition)
• Version 3.0.0-rc9.1

Client App (please complete the following information):

• OS: Android 9
• Version 3.0.7 Build 20046

Required files

• database.db (located in C:\Users%USER%\deckboard)
• log.log (located in located in C:\Users%USER%\AppData\Roaming\Deckboard)
