Infobox Responsiveness Issues

🐛 Bug Report
Feel like we have run into this before, but while on a call with @hougasian we found that the infobox is broken on mobile views
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://app.rimdev.io/submissions
- Click on on the lock icon inside one of the rows
- Open devtools and switch responsive view, check mobile sizes
- See problem
