Update sse-member References & Deploy Location

To better name the project for its intended purpose, @alex-taffe wants sse-member to be renamed to alumni

Before & in doing so, we should update all references to it here to alumni instead of members. This includes changing the URL path from /members to /alumni.

We'll also have to update the Docker Hub build name and probably the CircleCI stuff that's in sse-member
