Clarify purpose and use of guide

A few questions I recommend you answer so users can find more use to the guide
- What is the purpose of the guide
- What does it prepare you for
- What pre reqs should one have
- How are you supposed to work through it
- roughly how long would it take someone to accomplish everything the guide outlines
- how do I know if I'm ready to move on to next phase
