Puppet 3.3.0 /var/lib/puppet directory permissions

It's not really an issue, but something I struggled with when upgrading puppet from 2.6.x to puppet 3.3.0 and wanted to share.
The directory /var/lib/puppet gets 0750 when installing puppet. But for running this check using the nagios user I needed to change it to 0755 to get things working through NRPE.
