Rill Developer: streaming connections get closed and do not re-open

After submitting an edit to either the rill.yaml or .env files, the streaming connections to /v1/instances/default/files/watch and /v1/instances/default/resources/-/watch are closed and do not re-open.
To reproduce:
- Edit the
titlein arill.yamlfile from "Project 1" to "Project 2". - See that the new name is reflected in the top-left corner.
- Edit the title from "Project 2" to "Project 3".
- See that the new name is not reflected in the top-left corner.
