Saving Artwork and Game Title Offline

It'd be nice to have an option to saving any artwork changes or game title changes offline (along with, optionally, save files). This would allow someone to preserve consistency across devices which may not have the capacity to store all of the games that are normally synced through Google Drive. I'd also prefer to have an option to not sync game ROMs on Google Drive, since they take a lot of room. Thanks.
