- Ensure process tomography is using the superoperator utils (done #120)
- Remove the hacks #13 , i.e. all the shimming and the like (done #120)
- Tomography should default to Pauli eigenbasis preparation and measure. #85 (done #105 )
- Check definitions of gates and operators in test_state_tomography and Hinton #16 (done #103)
