VCEEnc don't start !!!

hello,
when i try to encode a movie with vceenc i get this message:

Everything worked fine up until 10 minutes ago

It seems to be failing to use hw decoder, switching to software decoder (adding --avsw) might help.
when it doesn't work, it didn't start in hardware mode or in software mode, I don't know what happened but now it started working again in both software and hardware mode
