Mysterious bug

On very rare occasions, the solver find a "solution" with a global cost equals to 0, which is clearly not a solution. I have no idea where this is coming from.
Sometimes, the global cost is equals to 0, although the cost of the STT constraint is not...
Seems fixed while forcing a cost in NoGap constraint when buildings do not form a wall.
