make it compatible with Litespeed

hello, being litespeed derived from apache, i think it wouldn't be difficult to create a specific script for litespeed servers. I don't do it because I don't know how to do it, but it's a suggestion 😉

Hi, do you have any examples of it not working with lightspeed? Im not sure how far i can go with this as apache2buddy is geared up to look for apache binaries - eg httpd or apache2
