This repository contains background information about multivariate amputation function ampute in R-package mice. Development of ampute takes place in the mice repository. This folder contains:
- Vignette: Generate missing values with ampute. After a short introduction to the multivariate amputation procedure, the vignette explains the use of
amputein a step by step approach. - Manuscript for an article presenting the reason, use and working of the multivariate amputation procedure. The manuscript is currently under review at the Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation.
