Need help with installation

I'm totally new to this I followed first steps;
pip install TwitterFollowBot and then pip install twitter but now I can't find TwitterFollowBot to config the .cfg file
You need to create a "folder" with name of your project/test, in this folder yout have to create a .cfg file and put all the configs inside (see README), if you've never used Python before, i high recommend you learn/study some tutorials or simple exercises to understand how python works and your project structures...
All I need is to follow the people who follows me. Can you setup this bot for me please?
