/sys/firmware/efi/mok-variables doesn't exists in shim-15.4 + patches from shim-review#165

I just noticed that shim-15.4 + some patches from mentioned here rhboot/shim-review#165 doesn't have /sys/firmware/efi/mok-variables and we get this message while booting the machine
kernel: mokvar: EFI MOKvar config table is not in EFI runtime memory Is that expected?
