Add ko-fi social icon

Request to add a social icon for Ko-Fi.

The PNG from the site could be turned into a SVG (https://storage.ko-fi.com/cdn/nav-logo-stroke.png).
There're also a SVG available on the site: https://storage.ko-fi.com/cdn/Kofi_Logo_Blue.svg and https://storage.ko-fi.com/cdn/kofi_stroke_cup.svg (see below)

Or a SVG could be downloaded from sites that provide one, like https://icon-icons.com/fr/icone/ko-fi-logo/169373 or https://icon-icons.com/fr/icone/ko-fi/130894)
