This is a test repo for ddev/ddev#4292, trying to get avif to work with php8.1-gd and php8.2-gd.

cd aviftest
ddev start
ddev launch

Notes:

• I think this may be working with Debian Bookworm, ddev/ddev#5579
• I have removed the custom Dockerfile that was building extra stuff.
