open PWA if it's not already open

This is really great, but "Currently it won't do anything if the PWA is not already open" is a bit of an issue, as I'd realistically have to have the PWA app run at startup even if I don't have any meetings triggered that day.
How hard would it be to open the PWA if it's not already open when a google meet is started?
