这个虽然我有一个比较宏达的想法去想汉化，但是暂时还没动静。具体来说这个是 这个 https://github.com/seanliang/ConvertToUTF8 插件的菜单，属于三方插件。

临时的解决办法其实是自己编辑它的目录就好了。
