Better provisioning of new controllers

Currently connects to pre-set SSID/password.
Could be built with AP mode and WiFi config - but only until it is provisioned when AP mode is disabled.
One delete it should be reset to have AP mode again for sale.
Closing for now as this means a major change to library logic which currently does not do AP mode when configured for mesh logic.
May want change to manual to explain maybe simple mobile hotspot as way to get on line and switched to right wifi.
