Modal prevents scrolling in Chrome browser

Using Chrome Version 107.0.5304.110, all extensions disabled.

This problem doesn't occur when using Firefox browser.

Steps to recreate

Start up api and beam, go to 'localhost:8080' in browser

Log in as '[e-mail]'

Navigate 'Artist Profile' -> 'Manage Artists'

You should see, on the left middle of screen, 'Artist: Matrix' and 'Your albums'

First album should be 'Best album ever'

On right side of screen, click 'Manage' for 'Best album ever'

'Edit album for matrix' modal appears

Scrolling down is not possible. Can not scroll to 'Add new track' part of modal.
