v0.4.0 'add to playlist' list doesn't scroll

If you have a lot of playlists, you can't add a new track to a playlist at the bottom of the list
scrolls! but user can't see the bottom of the list since the player always covers that up
Interesting, I thought I had set it to be small enough so that wouldn't happen. I guess it might need to be a percentage of the total height of the screen instead of 40vh
