Folders Listing lacking Scroll Bar in Image Upload

Describe the bug
Media Folders beyond a certain count that is dependent upon resolution are inaccessible due to lack of scroll bar. (See attached image for example)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Install lastest WikiJS 1.X edition
- Create a new page
- Click on "Upload picture"
- Create a lot of folders
Expected behavior
Click and drag a scroll bar to see additional folders.

- OS: Ubuntu 18.04
- Wiki.js version: v1.0.117
- Database engine: mongodb
Additional context
The issue was already declared at requarks/wiki#311 but closed. The bug still remain, and we're now unable to use our Wiki to post additionnal content.
