What is the task about?

This issue is required as a follow up of
Task: Remove authn/z and token feature from rstuf CLI #406
and
Task: Remove authn/z and token feature from API #460

Remove all documentation about auth/z, login instructions and tokens.
DO NOT remove docs that are references to the CLI and API repos.

• remove all references for of:
  • auth
  • token
  • authorization
  • login
• remove using the volume rstuf-api-data: https://github.com/repository-service-tuf/repository-service-tuf/blob/main/docs/source/guide/deployment/guide/docker.rst
• rephrase the WARNING here: https://github.com/repository-service-tuf/repository-service-tuf/blob/main/docs/source/guide/deployment/guide/kubernetes.rst to use custom authorization
• remove if using authentication/authorization the login is required note from https://github.com/repository-service-tuf/repository-service-tuf/blob/main/docs/source/guide/deployment/setup.rst
• add an API/Gateway doc
• remove last sentence from https://github.com/repository-service-tuf/repository-service-tuf/blob/main/docs/source/guide/deployment/planning/deployment.rst#authenticationauthorization
