Right click on sidebar should give option to create new directory / note.

I think it'd be nice to be able to create a new directory / note by right clicking on the file tree on the left side. By right clicking, there should be a dropdown that asks users if they'd like to create a new directory or note.

Since we're able to already do these functions, it should not be too much work. Just rendering a right click, doing a drop-down, and calling the pre-existing functions.
