- Convert program to use /TempleOS and /TinkerOS slash commands instead of %%,
- Condense search entries to one line each, with additional footnotes at bottom of message if need be.
I was going to say I like %% because it is short. Maybe since whenever they agree TempleOS and TinkerOS are pretty much exactly the same API you might consider making %% default to returning a TempleOS link and if a symbol is not found in TempleOS, then check TinkerOS and return a TinkerOS link if it exists?
Hey again TheTinkerer,
So, I'm excited for the slash commands, (autocomplete is one reason) but I'm also thinking of keeping %%, or probably just shortening it to %. The main annoyance is the TempleOS/TinkerOS switch. Right now, you can actually go %%(tinkeros)adam, but that's asinine. Maybe something like
%adam -> TempleOS result
tn%adam -> TinkerOS result (or tinkeros%adam for longform)
I think checking for a TinkerOS result is a good idea, ie."No TempleOS result found, however, a TinkerOS result exists: ..."
