Racetime: identify NMEA messages and support

As per an email from the author Roberto Morini, these messages are supported

  • GPGGA, GPRMC, GPVTG, GPGLL -> to be activated
  • GPGSA -> not for now

This requires adding a new configuration page for Racetime and new settings
