Node.js: wrong dependencies result

Although it doesn't break the process, it is not really correct to install the lib package as a dependency, when you found import LocalLib from "lib/LocalLib" string.
Not saying about the invalid "/lib": "latest" when the import path is absolute.
Also, (this is probably a different, yet, very related, request), I'd like to be able to include by name, so I use jsconfig.json, where I can set "rootDirs": ["./lib"] and then import LocalLib from "LocalLib" which currently lead to another error in the console about package Not found.
