[WIP] burn -p doesn't work under windows environment

Jsnes emulator doesn't work successfully with windows. Dynamicaudio seems failed at some point, and according to console log, it's probably because mozilla Audio Data API becomes deprecated(instead Web Audio API should be used).
No idea what to do about this so far. Need a solution.
A quick workaround for this is using burn -p -c as always.
confirmed that firefox version28 in windows still works successfully
