`truth-Incident Hospitalizations.csv` not updated

Reporting an issue found and investigated by @JMHumphreys. Per the commit history, truth-Incident Hospitalizations.csv was updated by 4d09ce5, but the data in it only goes through 2023-07-07, despite the fact that HHS has published data through 2023-07-15 (link). Something failing in the auto-update process?

Hi @dylanhmorris -- thanks for pointing this out. I will update this this morning.
In case you're interested in the reason this happened -- it looks like this past week, healthdata.gov changed the archive repository where they track historical versions of this data resource. Our code uses that archive to find out where to pull the data so that we have the ability to get versions of the data as they were in the past.
The data files are now updated, so I am closing this issue.
