delete visualization folder

It looks like there are still some files in this folder that are being updated by a github action; see the merge conflicts on issue #7589. And the files are in this folder. I feel pretty confident that we're not using those data for any reason, but I think we should:
- double check that they're not being used. The only possible place I can think of is in uploads of truth data to zoltar, but I don't think these files are being used for that. We should just confirm though.
- update the github action so that it no longer updates these files
