Weekly truth update failed due to zoltar-truth.csv size exceed Zoltar's file size limit

Description
The latest job for updating truth failed. The reason based on the logs was that the truth file being uploaded to Zoltar was too large (> 20 MBs) and exceeded Zoltar size limit.
Suggested Actions
- Decide whether we still the zoltar-truth.csv to be uploaded to Zoltar, i.e. determine if there's any features that still use this truth from Zoltar
- Make changes to the GitHub workflow to not upload this file to Zoltar (if we no longer need it) OR Increase size limit on Zoltar side (if we still need it)
- Re-run the job
