Incorrect batch start/end dates in portfolio ecocredits table

Describe the bug
It seems that batch start/end dates in the portfolio ecocredits table are off by one (one day earlier) as compared to the batch denom. Batches starting/ending on January 01 display as December 31

Expected behavior
Batch start/end date should match those from the batch denom?
